[attr="class","revcallpersonality1"] Tinker is an intriguing sight to behold in this day and age. With the rising vigilante factions, on top of the crime syndicate,one would expect heroes taking a hardened approach to defending the city's populace. However, Tinker decided to dress brightly, a combination of purple and blue on her body suit, and a big billowy cape. This is to purposefully draw attention to herself. Always available to those in need. With an inclination to aid the police, and an intolerance for corruption, Tinker presents a great image of heroism to civilians everywhere. Only one little embarrassing problem she has. Like a cartoon narrator, her mannerisms of speech are incredibly hammy, not helped by her habit of yelling power, smack, and ker-blam, and other onomatopoeia's. And her habit of imparting... life lessons... mostly towards younger children. Examples include 'Stay in class kids, remember school is cool!', 'Always brush your teeth after every meal', and the ever favourite 'Wear clean undies, change them everyday!'[break][break] On the good days, the days where no evil has struck, Tinker can be found on patrol with a degradable refuse bag, picking up litter, and otherwise cleaning public spaces. She can often be found chatting with pedestrians, helping people across the street, donating to homeless, and even just helping someone with math homework, since she knows just how hard math really is. Academics were never really her strong suit, and assumes the same with others. Always minding her p's and q's, and respecting personal spaces. Though a bit embarrassing as a public figure, Tinker has developed quite a positive, and reliable image of herself. The first thing she does at a scene, is often  draw attention to herself in a flashy manner to put victims at ease.[break][break] That's only one half of our hero Tinker. Beneath that domino mask, and purple hair, Tinker is quite honestly, just an unexceptional 14 year old girl. She does well, though not particularly exceptional, in school, largely due to attendance and class participation. Though her family is both loving and supportive, Tinker's heroing is a secret she keeps close to her chest. Not a soul knows, after all, she is technically... bending the law by not enrolling in the Military Police but still donning a mask. This is a conscious choice, as she wants to continue focusing on normal schooling. Like she always says in costume, 'School is Cool!' She keeps mostly to herself, though she does have a few friends. This isn't because she's shy, but mostly just busy. Easy to disguise that you're staying in because one needs to study when, in fact, she really could do with studying a bit more.[break][break]All that said, Tinker prefers a solo act. Keeping her secret identity, and a world view of protecting everyone, and with her powerful quirk, she tends to treat other humans as she would any normal civilian. Protecting them, so they won't come to harm. When the need arises though, she does accept aid, and give aid to other heroes, when one's quirk is far more suited to a task. After all, Tinker is a lot better at breaking objects, than fixing them.[break][break]

Mister and Missus Bellson are a loving, nuclear family. A father, a mother, and a son were blessed with their second child, and fourth member of their family. Neither had  impressive quirks, Mr Father had physical enhancement, but never really developed it, eventually gaining a job in mathematics as an actuary and financial advisor to the local branch of Police. Mrs. Mother had a light quirk, turning her into a human flashlight, very useful in storms and villain attacks that knocked the power out. Young Son was blessed with the  same physical enhancement that Mr Father had, looking into enrolling in the hero course. When Miss Nella was born, and developed her quirk quite early as just a babe. Static electricity, enough juice light a bulb while held, or charge a battery. Take caution with first touches, they're a shocker. Watch out if there's a shaggy carpet! Miss Nella's quirk didn't really start out very powerful, and as she grew older she practiced on her own, never wanting to take attention from her brother, and his aspirations.[break][break]
Nella self-taught much of her quirk, without outside guidance, thankfully having a talent for it. When she sparked into her fabulous pre-teens, Nella decided to finally don her mask, and the moniker Tinker. While clumsy at first, Nella gained notoriety for using her static quirk for flashy movements, attacks, and the ability to take quite the punch, discovering she had also gained her father's physical enhancement quirk. With practical experience, both of her quirks bloated, and she practiced far more freely with her identity hidden. In order to practice openly, and aid others, Tinker began hosting a Radio Quirk-ithenics, a poorly thought out pun on Radio Calisthenics on the weekends as a way to connect with the populace. In the end Nella wasn't Tinker. Tinker was what Nella wanted to be, and soon became in truth. Nella was more of a disguise than Tinker was. She was quickly becoming the mask.[break][break]

As Nella, Tinker was a diligent student, though often, ever before hero working, falling behind in class. Unable to do much homework without help, or plllenty of time, one could see that academia was not really her strong suit. Though she studied, and tried, most of her grades came from attendance and class participation. She never let it get down on her too badly, but she could hear the whispers of the teachers, and the gentle beration from her fellow students. "Nose always in a textbook, but can't put two and two together. At least she tries, bless her heart." As much as she wanted to forget, a rift had been formed. Academically, Tinker was mediocre, even if she tried. Socially, 'Nella' was a mask so she always had to lie. It made her try all that much harder as Tinker the Wonder, and why she spends so much time talking to random passerby, why she shares snacks and lunches with the downtrodden. So no one will feel alone.

[break][break]Still getting used to being, well, a public figure for lack of better term, Tinker still introduces herself at every scene she shows up to, loudly announcing 'Citizens! You are safe! Cuz Tinker is HERE!' and often looking for a peaceful solution . With such a jolly attitude, one wouldn't think the young supergirl had seen hardship. Not too long ago, Tinker had to a robbery, and hostage situation, and as the first hero on the scene with a strong, or well trained, quirk, Tinker naturally took charge. Having had success in the past, and a stalemate in negotiations, there were little complaints. Talking down the demands with gentle persuasion, Tinker seemed to be doing well. Alas, a hiccup in plans. A more aggressive hero, a member of the Military Police arrived to relieve the young heroine of her position with a well earned pat on the head. As a more qualified hero had appeared, Tinker stepped down, though didn't leave the scene, a blessing and curse.

With the might of the Military Police, the new negotiator refused any sort of middle ground, or small arrangements. First and foremost dismissing the media coverage Tinker had called for earlier. Unable to deliver the statements the villain had truly wanted, the negotiations went south. Receiving a very bad feeling, Tinker rushed in shortly after the villain began making far more violent threats. Though the villain's quirk wasn't strong, bullets still were, and Tinker was ill-prepared, even with her static quirk. In total, Tinker was shot 3 times. 2 grazing, but one gut wound. It passed without any organ damage, of which Tinker could only thank any gods. With emergency treatment, Tinker was out of commission but not in danger.

Thankful there weren't any cameras, unfortunately, word of mouth got around. Tinker would have liked to keep her wholesome, happy image she'd worked to build up. Blessing, in that now that she'd put her life on the line, it seemed her reputation was bumped up from silly girl that shot lightning, to protector, her mian following, the grandma and young child fanbase, getting a little company. A curse, in that Tinker deeply regretted that she needed to step down from direct hero'ing for months, and still managed to be a little short of breath at times. A blessing, in that she got to know the Soup Kitchen staff quite well over this time. A curse in that the media hounded her and tried to put regret in her words, forcing her to publically declare herself as defender with no regrets a few times.

And ultimately, a true blessing. Tinker was contacted by a support agency, offering to help equip her up, and provide simple items to her. While armour for the most part was starting to become redundant on her growing prowess with her quirk, Tinker acknowledged the need for such a thing, and, after discussion, settled on a cape. A billowing dramatic cape to adorn her body suit. It gave her a much more impressive appearance when arriving on a scene.
