This thread will give you a brief overview of the Four Corners of Evil. How they got their start their mantra their requirements for joining and even their members. However, because I did not wish to dictate all of this myself (there was a time where I was) the names and overviews will be created by whoever wishes to lead each group so for now these sections will be left blank.[break][break]
In order to become the leader of one of the Four Corners all that is required is to make the gang and get it accepted before anyone else. In order to join one must contact the leader OOCly if they wish to start out as a member, or make an IC meeting happen in order to join ICly. Each gang leader has complete say over what their gang is about and how it's run and what members if any it takes on.

Although this gang runs the entirety of the criminal underworld within the north it only has two members with the second being fairly new. This is because in order to join one must be completely ok with chaos as that is the mantra of the gang. To be the freest and to have the most fun which consists of plunging the world into chaos by any means. One does not even truly need to be a villain to fit the bill they just need to wish to sow chaos.[break][break]
There is no real hierarchy as even though Chaosmonger is the leader he does not give orders and would just as much listen to any plan one of his members had. They are all equal in chaos and just because he is the leader does not make him any more important than anyone else, he has said multiple time that in the case of his capture he should be forgotten about and a new leader can be chosen or they can just continue to do their own thing without a leader, same for if he dies.[break][break]
